ANIMAL PLANET HD IN CYFRA+

CYFRA+ introduces Animal Planet HD in its offer. Subscribers of the platform can watch it beginning from 16th September. It is already the ninth high definition channel available in CYFRA+, apart from CANAL+ Film HD, CANAL+ Sport HD, National Geographic Channel HD, HBO HD, Filmbox HD, MTV HD, Eurosport HD and Eurosport2 HD.

Animal Planet is the only television in the world entirely on animal life. Animal Planet HD broadcasting programmes produced in high definition (1080i) presents true nature, world of animals in relationships with people, involves viewers in moving stories whose heroes are pets or dangerous predators. It also shows institutions, initiatives for the benefit of nature conservation and programmes on veterinary clinics at its best. In the programme “The art of adaptation” viewers will watch scenes from lives of animals struggling for survival in the most difficult climatic conditions in the world. The series of „Pandamonium” will show the combat for the rescue of the endangered species of pandas, and, as part of „Groomer has it” cycle, viewers will have an opportunity to look behind the scenes of the competition for the Groomer of the Year- the best hairdresser for dogs in America. Animal Planet HD broadcasts 24 hours a day, in the Polish language version.

CYFRA+ offers Animal Planet HD in the Prestige package HD+ for no extra fees or as an additional option for subscribers of Prestige+, Comfort+ or Basic+ package. Until 11th November the channel may be watched for free by all CYFRA+ subscribers with at least one HD option activated. Animal Planet HD is in 74th position in decoders.
